Well well well, long time no post! I apologize about not being as active as before but these past few weeks have just been insane! I’ve been planning, prepping, fundraising, shopping and of course trying to find time for myself and my family. I’ve hand over a month to prep but of course, I am the queen of procrastination, but hey who works better under pressure? I know I do! :p With only a week and a half left till fly day, the excitement and the stress sure has settled in as I’m still on the hunt for the perfect evening gown. Talk about last minute right?
I`d just like to thank everyone from my community for being so supportive and kind hearted. Everything means so much to me from a single donation, to a simple congratulations. Without that support, I wouldn’t be where I am today. And to my awesome mother who has been ever so patient and hard working, thank you from the bottom of my heart. None of this would be possible without you being so supportive. You made this all happen and I couldn’t thank you enough! XOXO

This is all starting to become a reality… In just a short 17 days i`ll be heading out to Toronto! I`m beyond excited and I look forward to seeing everyone there!!

Hello my lovelies! I am 2017’s Miss Teenage Northern Saskatchewan and I will be hitting the big stages along with many other beautiful ladies during the National Pageant in Toronto this summer! I am so excited to meet many new faces & my soon to be pageant sisters. <3 I am incredibly grateful for being able to have this opportunity to venture out and try new things!
I was born and raised in Northern Saskatchewan and my hobbies include working out, volunteering, socializing with friends and focusing on my studies as I am still in grade 1o.

I also enjoy traveling. Fun fact: out of all 10 provinces in Canada, I’ve visited 6 including Quebec, Prince Edward Island, British Columbia, and Ontario! As I mentioned before, I am in grade 10. I try to work my hardest to act as a role model for my 5 younger siblings as well as my peers. Standing at an 84.5% average, I was nominated for the Lieutenant Governor award for the school year of 2016-2017.
I am extremely fortunate to have gotten to be able to stand up and represent my community & my acquaintances. Thanks for reading, and I’ll update soon!

With all the love! :*

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. It’s been amazing day today, I’m finally in Toronto. I had a 3 hour flight from Saskatoon to Toronto and landed in Toronto International Airport.

Chaperone-Courtny was waiting for all Saskatchewan’s delegates at the airport. She greeted us well, and let I go get food while we were waiting for the bus. Thank you Courtny❤️.

After long day Miss Teenage Canada delegates were invited to the Welcome party where all of us got to meet our wonderful sponsors.

At 6:30 pm we entered into the ballroom on the top of  the Airport Holiday Inn in Toronto to attend the Opening Ceremonies of the 2016 Search for Miss Teenage Canada. I was feeling excited and little nervous.

I got to meet all of Miss Teenage Canada’s sponsors, they all were nice and friendly with us.

Okay, okay, now I’ll  tell you who are the sponsors and how great their products/service is .

So the first sponsor is:

archer dental logo There was a good selection of high quality Oral B traveler’s toothbrushes specially monogrammed from Archer Dental because they care about our oral hygiene when we’re away from home competing for a crown.imageSponsor #2!

image Nuvango logoNuvango created a shareable moment center by offering up some designer clothes and a full length mirror. imageThis is a girl party mainstay. Later in the week our ensemble will be making a visit to the Nuvango headquarters (Tuesday July 19)

Third sponsor

VPI Canada logoThere were free designer sunglasses from V.P.I. Canada, one pair for each regional delegate.

Anyone can find the round frame vintage style sunglasses at VPI Canada sunglasses e-store, and there are over eight styles to choose from … these fit my face perfectly.image

Here’s a pic of me wearing my shades.
Fourth sponsor:

RIMMEL LondonRimmel London provided a surplus of products for the girls’ welcome bags. They set up a make-up station with lots of extras. A lot of fun happened here throughout the evening. imageFind the team on Instagram & Twitter: @rimmelllondoncan, and on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RimmelLondonCanada

Fifth sponsor:

social media ggregator hashtagioHashtagio is a Social Media Aggregator and User Generated Marketing Platform that was at the show collecting all our social media tagged with the #MissTeenageCanada2016 and then projecting it live at the party. Even better, they make a single feed URL to which our parents and friends can subscribe to follow along in real time as we experience all the different activities here in Toronto. And the mass of spontaneously issued images and text from all 65 delegates will be archived on this page in the Miss Teenage Canada main site and on the Miss Teen Canada Blog Network / Search for Miss Teenage Canada 2016.

Sixth sponsor:

Sweets Canada logo – new 2016Sam Dhutia from Sweets Canada was at the party doing chocolate tastings. Sam made a very informative and delicious chocolate tasting exhibit – after each sampling he generously gave out gourmet chocolate bars , and or edible flower chocolate bars, depending on each delegate’s individual preferences, as discovered during tlhe tastings.

Sweets Canada is on Twitter @SweetsCanadaCA and so is their parent company Q Foods Canada which tweets from @QFoodsCanada

Seventh sponsor:

imageSally HansenSally Hansen provided products for gift bags and dispensed products (describe in detail) at a make-up station at the welcome party.

Bradlee Ryall Golf AcademyAnother fun exhibit at the Opening Night Sponsors’ Party was from Bradlee Ryall Golf Academy which teaches golf lessons at six golf courses west of Toronto.

  • imageOn Weds July 20th we’re all going to the golf academy to play a one-hole golf game for two ladies golf jackets (which are prizes from SWING active wear) at the end of our group lessons on two different courses. Here at the party there was a live mini golf attraction set up for us to practice our putting.

Eighth sponsor:

Archers Arena logo At the party there was a bow and arrow (with a giant marshmallow on the pointy end) and we all took turns trying to hit a paper target that was setup in the ballroom. We’ll ALL be playing Archery Tag in Toronto at Archers Arena on Thursday July 21st 2016. On that night, look for the hashtag #archerytag

Nineth sponsor:

Hello my favorite, I want to share with you about my favorite and biggest city in Saskatchewan.
When you’re visiting Canada, Saskatoon isn’t always a name that appears at the top of the tourist lists. But it is the largest city in Saskatchewan and one of the fastest growing in the country. It is also one of the youngest cities in Canada, with a median age of just. this is also is my home town.image
There’s so much to do in Saskatoon. Give yourself a few days to explore. Enjoy a coffee in the beautiful Broadway district, or grab a bite at one of the many restaurants.
If you visit at the end of June, you’ll catch the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. This takes place between 24th June and 3rd July. It covers not only jazz, but also hip-hop, punk, pop, and more.image The festival welcomes hundreds of international artists and 85,000 fans. If you would stay for another week after Jazz Festival you can catch Taste of Saskatchewan Festival.
During the summer,Saskatoon hosting so many festivals and events that you definitely should visit it.
Saskatoon is also known as the city of bridges, and there are 400 acres of riverbank and trails to explore.image

Saskatoon is divided by the South Saskatchewan River. During your visit, make sure you appreciate its full splendour by taking a riverboat cruise. This will provide you with a completely different perspective of the city.

Saskatoon delivers great food, cultural diversions, and a thriving river and city scene. If this sounds like your kind of holiday, then add Saskatoon to your bucket list.  It won’t disappoint.

Canada day was awesome!cRUH7-YJVnI

I enjoyed volonteering for Saskatoon Optimist Club and PotashCorp. It was really fun giving away flags, pins and glow sticks. Kids were more than happy than what i expected. they were calling me princess and following me everywhere where I would go. Couple kids said that I looked alike young Queen Elizabeth, I think it is a great honor to be called so. PSWytcSZjHU

My favourite part of this day was part before fireworks, when kids asked me to dance with them. I wish we could celebrate Canada Day twice a year.j6EUjh84XFA

Big thanks to PotashCorp and Saskatoon Optimist Club for giving me the opportunity to celebrate on a very special way. Happy Birthday Canada, I love you.

My platform is on the based to help and support kids who are diagnosed with costly and terminal diseases. Kids do not deserve to live a life like this, and I want to help them realize how wonderful life is.

Each and every day, there are thousands of children across the nation who are diagnosed with terminal and costly diseases such as Cancer,Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome,Muscular Dystrophy,Down’s Syndrome, etc. My goal is to support and help them as much as I can. Every time when I see kids who are diagnosed with any of this kinds of diseases I just want to hug them. Most of this kids are limited to the most of activities, they do not know how cool is to play basketball, football, volleyball. There is a lot of things that kids with those diseases can’t do, and it makes me sad.thth (1)
